Can the email incorporate with google as well?

EBMS Tasks with the addition of the CRM Module have the ability to email, send emails, and create appointments with Outlook. Outlook can email through Google, Microsoft, and many other email providers. So yes, you may email through Google.

If the end & due date is 3 days after the start date, will moving the start date by drag & drop move those dates 3 days from the new start date?

The due date is not effected by moving the task on the calendar. Only the start date.

Can you copy the defaults from one task type to the next?

We do not presently have a way to copy task type defaults.
