The Labor feature of EBMS is very flexible and easy to use. The payroll system works well for a small company with a few employees or a larger company with a variety of requirements such as complex deductions or pay types.

Advanced Timecard Options

The timecard system can handle hourly pay, salary, piecework, tips, commissions, and many other types of user-defined pay types and rate structures. Benefit pay such as vacation or holiday pay is easily managed using the tools within the system. Payroll can be process by generating printed checks or by depositing directly into an employee's bank account.


Payroll Deductions

EBMS handles complex deductions and taxes. The basic tax deductions that are standard will come already set up and will just need to be assigned to employees. Easily print W-2, W-3, 941 and other common payroll reports.


Integrated Labor Management

The Labor module of EBMS is fully integrated with the Financials module, making it very easy to have payroll information posted to the G/L as often as necessary. The EBMS payroll module is integrated with a variety of option modules such as the work order system (tasks), job costing, My Time app, and electronic time clocks.
