In business, we all need to get paid. The Payment Portal allows card payments to be processed without traditional processing hardware and gives customers the ability to pay account balances online. The difference is that the payment information is captured via a secure internet connection versus payment device. Who doesn’t want more ways to get paid!

Virtual Payment Terminal

Customer card payments can now be processed from a virtual terminal without a physical payment device. Virtual terminal is exactly what it sounds like - a credit card terminal, without the physical terminal. This makes accepting credit cards simple and as easy as connecting to the internet. With a virtual terminal, you can easily accept telephone order payments without being beside a device. Payments are entered from the EBMS invoice and can be made from anywhere that EBMS is accessed .

Web Pay

Give your customers the ability to pay their account balance online via a web page branded with your logo. Any outstanding invoices that were placed via the website, over the phone, remote device, or from the store can be viewed and paid quickly. Send a payment link with the customer statement and invoice to reduce the time it takes to get paid! This is especially useful for customers with reoccurring contracts, service contracts, and wholesale customers with terms.
