How again do you get to the server manager tool?
It is a windows application that can be searched for.
Why do I get notified when there's an update or upgrade and do I need to do anything? (We are a Plus client.)
The reason you are notified could be that your email address is on the notifications field on the settings menu of server manager. You could also be getting notified by support as they are arranging your upgrade. The only action you would need to take is if a request for access to server or a schedule request has been sent from somebody in support.
What is the process to move the EBMS data folder to a new folder location?
You would copy your EBMS folder to the new location and within EBMS Server manager select on the settings menu a new filed path for that folder. Once that has been complated I would archive or delete the orignial EBMS folder to protect against later confusion.

After doing an update and/or upgrade - is there anything required upon login at each work station?
Each workstation will also need to run the update/upgrade. This only requires the user to have permissions to perform that change on their machine.
