941 Quarterly Form for EBMS Payroll Users

The 941 quarterly form  for EBMS is available now!

The latest form takes into account the changes made by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that added various types of payroll tax relief. (IRS Details) Please refer to your accountant for any questions on this 941 quarterly form. 

This updated 941 quarterly form is now available for EBMS and should be used when filing for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of 2022.

Follow these instructions to update your form in EBMS:

Step 1. Download the File

Login with your serial number found in Help > About EBMS. Please Note: only subscription plan clients will be able to access the download.

Step 2. Follow the installation prompts

Step 3. Replace the previous 941
The wizard will open the reports list. Select the Labor > Taxes Folder. When the wizard asks to overwrite the existing report, select the 941 Employer's Quarterly Tax Return to replace 

Step 4. Repeat these steps for each company that you file a 941 quarterly form
