The eCommerce feature integrates EBMS ERP features with your website to create an online customer portal, product catalog, and store.

Customer Portal

Customers login to their account, shop your catalog, view order history, and pay outstanding balances on your website. Business to Business (B2B) customers place orders online with their price level while viewing stock availability and checking out with their payment terms.

Product Catalog

Product information is created within EBMS using the inventory module. Product lists, availability, photos, pricing, and details are synched with the website. More complex product settings can be displayed online including multiple units of measure, components, accessories, attributes, and serial numbers. Pricing calculations on the website mirror that of the EBMS sales order, reducing errors and maintenance.

Shopping Cart & Order Entry

The full featured shopping cart and checkout integrates with EBMS customer accounts, shipping options, payment processing, and order entry. Orders placed online are synced into EBMS as a sales order.
