941 Update for EBMS Payroll Users

The (2020) 941 form for EBMS is now available.

The IRS has published a new Form 941[1] to be used for the rest of 2020. The new form takes into account the changes made by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act that added various types of payroll tax relief. (IRS Details) Please refer to your accountant for any questions on this new 941 form. 

This updated 941 form is now available for EBMS and should be used when filing for 2nd quarter of 2020. 

Follow these instructions to update your form in EBMS:

Step 1. Download the File

Login with your serial number found in Help > About EBMS. 
Please Note: Only subscription plan clients will be able to access the download. 

Download 941 Form (April Rev for COVID-19 Relief Acts)
The 941 form for year 2020 is now available. 

Step 2. Follow the installation prompts

Step 3. Replace last years 941

The wizard will open the reports list. Select the Labor > Taxes Folder. When the wizard asks to overwrite the existing report, select the 941 Employer's Quarterly Tax Return to replace 

Step 4. Repeat these steps for each company that you file a 941 form
